Once you agree to the proposed budget and make payment, we’ll send you confirmation and travel plan. And you can get yourself ready for an exciting tour of a place you can call a second home.

Payment Policy
- We accept major credit cards: Visa and Mastercards, and through Paypal. Your credit card must show your name, we reserve the rights to accept only the cards that show correct name of the visitor identical to the passport.
- Our tour fee includes realizable accidents from the trip for minor emergency treatment. We urge all guests to have full insurance policy from your country especially those interested in applying for Long-Stay Visa as it is required by Immigration Law of Thailand.
- The fee when totaled and agreed is subject to 3% withholding tax (corporate only) and 7% Value-Added Tax (Individual and Corporate)
Refund Policy for Tour Packages and Accommodations
- 50% of agreed upon Total Fee (without taxes) must be paid when make reservation more than 60 days before travel date.
- Pay the remaining amount including taxes within 45 days before travel date.
- Cancellation of trip and/or accommodation must be done more than 60 days to get full refund.
- Cancellation between 46-59 days before travel date, we keep the 50% reservation fee.
- Cancellation made less than 45 days before travel date will not qualify for any refunds.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Tour Agency reserves the rights to make changes in prices, travel dates or trip cancellation as tour programs, prices and dates are subject to the area’s weather, spread of contractible diseases, Government’s policy, Airlines’ schedules or Exchange rate which are unknown factors. But rest assured that your safety and benefits will be our highest priority in making changes.
- We are not held responsible for your extradition from the country as stipulated by the Government on your false travel document, conducts deemed unacceptable or late arrival of airlines, natural disasters, airline cancellation of the trip, airline strikes, government protests, any public chaos outside of the Tour Agency’s responsibilities.
- The Agency will not be held responsible for lost items borne out of your negligence, stolen or theft.
- Once travelers make payment in full to our agency, we presume you accept all these conditions.
